At the first meeting (you can communicate remotely via video link), we decide on the style of the interior, the studio designer finds out and fixes all your wishes for design, color, functional and planning content of the premises. If you and I like each other, we sign an agreement, after which we get to work, and you enjoy the whole process.
1) Analysis of scenarios of behavior of the inhabitants of the apartment (cottage) -
The ideal layout of the premises can only be obtained as a result of a thorough analysis of all scenarios of the behavior of its inhabitants. That is why before we start, we will ask you a lot of questions about family members, their habits and hobbies.
2) Drawing photorealistic images -
Such pictures will give you a complete understanding and vision of your future interior. Drawing visualization makes it possible to avoid problems and alterations in the process of finishing work. A draft design is created individually for you and based on your wishes.
3) Working documentation - At this stage, drawing sketches are created with the binding of sockets / switches, plumbing, furniture, etc., a list of materials recommended for use in the implementation of the project design sketch is compiled.
Term of work: 3 - 3.5 months.
This is work on the maximum compliance of the implemented object with the design project. Here we control procurement, interact with manufacturers and contractors, and advise you on various project issues. In addition, our responsibilities include finding the things you need specifically for your project (they can be hard to find), color matching and much more.
Service cost: 800 rub/m2. Accompanying the configuration continues until the delivery of the project.
Tracking construction work and reconciling it with the design project. At the support stage, we give recommendations on the work, make corrections and additions to roughing, finishing and finishing work.
Service cost: 30 000 rub/month.
